Amanda is a health and wellness coach for women who are done with strict programs, tracking everything, and feeling like their body is the problem.
After years of following traditional “eat less, move more” rules that led to burnout, frustration, and inconsistency, Amanda learned firsthand that health in midlife requires a different approach — one that works with your body, hormones, and real life.
Instead of extremes, she focuses on Core Habits: simple, repeatable foundations like protein-first nutrition, strength training, daily movement, and stress support. The kind of habits that still count on busy days — and actually stick.
Amanda helps women navigate perimenopause and menopause without chasing perfection or doing more than they can sustain. She doesn’t believe in strict meal plans, tracking apps, or all-or-nothing programs. She believes in realistic, hormone-friendly habits that help you feel better, build confidence, and create momentum, even when life is full.
